Shipping Policy - Carrow Bags

 

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

 

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after payment is confirmed.

 

Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 8-18 business days.

 

Order tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

 

Multiple items: If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

 

Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur because of carrier issues, weather or high demand. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.

 

Wrong address: Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.

 

Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
