We want you to love your Carrow bag. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Your right to cancel

In line with UK consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please pack items carefully so they are not damaged in transit.

How to start a return

Email support@carrowbags.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We will reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs.
