How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery usually takes 10 to 14 business days. See our Shipping page for details.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive your tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Local import duties may apply outside the UK.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. See our Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Products

Will your cabin bags fit my airline's size rules?
Our cabin backpacks and carry-on suitcases are made in popular airline sizes, such as 40x20x25 cm and 40x30x20 cm for under-seat bags. Airline rules vary and change often, so please always check your airline's current allowance before you fly. Our Luggage Size Guide can help.

What is a TSA lock?
A TSA-approved lock can be opened by airport security in the USA with a special key, so your case can be inspected without the lock being broken.

Is a power bank included with USB bags and suitcases?
No. The USB port is a pass-through connector: plug your own power bank in inside the bag, then charge your phone from the outside. Airlines usually require power banks to travel in the cabin, not in checked luggage.

How does the vacuum compression backpack work?
Pack your clothes in the compression compartment, close it, then use the pump to remove the air. Your clothes take up much less space, so you can fit more in your bag.
